PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Your first consultation is Free. If special arrangements have to be done to pick up your retainer deposit of payment in person after free consultation, there is an inconvenience fee of $30 add to your retainer deposit. Your order will not be booked to the calendar if you have not made a deposit. If you don't have a deadline date, your booking will be *open ended*, (meaning it will have a 30-60 days due date automatically added. This does not include orders placed before your order). If you make a retainer deposit through Paypal, CASH MUST BE PAID on delivery. If you require set-up by us, you must supply the added items for set-up, i.e. backdrop, stands, thumbtacks, tape, foam poster board, etc...or a small supply fee will be added to balance if we supply items for set-up, along with a backdrop rental fee of $50. Paypal is ONLY accepted up to the week before the event due date. If paying by check, the check must be full amount owe and cleared a week before the deadline. Ordering the week before the event must pay a *RUSH* fee of $100-$200 extra, the week of the event, a fee of $350-$500 extra. If the order is already made, and you cancel the order, there will be a $85 labor fee deducted from the total paid, along with the retainer deposit. ALL prices are final!
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS: You are responsible for your own shipping and handling cost if shipping is involved. We DO NOT cover the cost, nor will it be added in with your payment of services. Once your order is done, you will be contacted, and have 14 days to pay for your shipping & handling. REMEMBER, we are now located in Washington state, and they automatically charge taxes on everything, so taxes will also be included with your shipping & handling costs.
If there is a special arrangement made between you and the owner, it will reflect on the contract signed by you and the owner. ALL CONTRACTS MUST BE SIGNED AND/OR AGREED UPON WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURE.
